The kick-off meeting of the project \u201cRenewable energy sources and energy efficiency in a function of rural development\u201d (RuRES) took place on 20 September 2017 in Pecs, Hungary<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting aimed to present the project objectives, activities and expected outcomes, discuss and define a research plan, but also to establish working and administrative procedures, identify project expectations and predict possible obstacles and challenges.<\/p>\n

The meeting was opened by Dr. Danijel Topi\u0107, project manager at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Topi\u0107 presented in detail the specific project objectives and project activities, the research tasks and the research plan. Project participants discussed steps, milestones and deadlines for the written detailed research plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ms Bernadett Kov\u00e1cs, associate professor at the Kaposvar University, presented dissemination plan and led discussion on the first steps of dissemination activities.<\/p>\n

During the second part of the Kick-off meeting, participants have discussed on content and structure of the project webpage. Dr. Viktor Varj\u00fa, research fellow at the Centre for Economic and Regional Studies of Hungarian Academy of Science underlined responsibilities and deadlines regarding web page development.<\/p>\n

At the last point of the meeting agenda, project team members were introduced with project administration and visibility guidelines. Presentation was held by Mrs. Mirela Glava\u0161, administration assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek.<\/p>\n

Kick-off meeting was attended by 20 project team members of three partner institutions.<\/p>\n
